For Certificate License User:
Step 1
Please log into iauth.global.glodon.com to check whether correct product has been assigned into your account. If product has been assigned to your account, proceed to Step 2.
Step 2
Please check whether the license is bind correctly in ‘Certificate License’.
Step 3
If license has bound to your computer, please check if there is any product in the account
For Cloud License User:
Please log into cloud.global.glodon.com to check whether your product has been assigned to your account or not.
